2025-W American Silver Eagle

Did you know
The Liberty walking on the front was drawn in 1916 for a half dollar. She was brought back 70 years later for a coin holding a full ounce of silver.
What's on it
Front: Liberty walking toward the sunrise, draped in the flag, branches in her arm. Back: an eagle. Since 2021 it is coming in to land.
When it was made
Her design is from 1916, while World War I was being fought in Europe. Congress revived it in a 1985 law and the first coins were struck in 1986.
The West Point mint
West Point stored silver from 1938 and became a mint in 1988. In 2019 its W first reached everyday quarters.
